Senior GIS Analyst | RAMTeCH Software Solutions | Stillwater, MN
Position Description
RAMTeCH Software Solutions is a global GIS data management and solutions company specializing in the utility, telecommunications, and government industries. We are seeking an experienced Senior GIS Analyst to work in our Stillwater, Minnesota office to assist in the design, development and implementation of landbase and facility data conversion and conflation projects. The position requires solid knowledge of geographic information systems and computer based technology and the ability to work with the production and technical teams.
Position Requirements:
- Minimum of 3-5 years of Esri GIS experience required
- Experience in Landbase/Utility Mapping is required
- Experience in Macro / C# / Visual Basic programming skills
- Oracle or related RDBMS skills including development capability
- FME experience a major plus
- Good writing skills for training and process documentation
- Good analytical / problem solving skills
- Good IT technical skills
- Experience with MS Office products
- Bachelor Degree in Geography or Computer Science is desirable
Additional Responsibilities:
- Identify and recommend process improvements and enhancements.
- Assist with production related tasks as needed.
